The most important part or asset of any IT/ Software / Services organisation like ASL are the people; most specifically our technical and consulting teams (i.e., project managers, architects, developers, UI/UX designers, domain and business consultants, business analysts etc). All our team members and consultants have an hourly rate that our customers will be provided with. This will be agreed during the initial engagement with the customer and firmed up as part of the Services Agreements that is executed between the customer and ASL. Customers are bound by confidentiality and non-disclosures to ensure that our rates, IP and any proprietary information shared with them is protected
Rates and cost of delivery for software development, consulting and staffing can vary depending on the roles, the complexity and the duration to complete the projects/assignments/software development. Our models of engaging with the customer can be on Time & Material (T&M) or outcome based fixed price engagements. We work with customers to accept payments GBP, USD, AUD, EUR, and CAD excluding VAT or applicable taxes. The agreed developer and consulting rate is fixed and in line with the Services Agreement executed with each customer. 'Contact Us' if you need more information.
All services are invoiced and in line with the pricing and payment terms individually agreed with each customer. Payments that are due either at the end of the month or based on completion of pre-determined milestones. The invoices are typically expected to be paid by the customer within 15 or 30 days from the date of invoicing and in line with the services agreements executed.

We pursue a preventative compliance approach and have a corporate culture in which all employees are made aware of the issue and receive appropriate training. Every new employee must complete an initial training course on compliance, which is continually being enhanced and extended.
